So, when I was planning my wedding a few years ago (to my fabulous husband!) I couldn't find wedding invitations that would work. I found some where I liked the color, some that I liked the wording, some that I liked the size - but heaven forbid I could find just one with all of these attributes. After searching & stressing that I wouldn't find the perfect invitation (as all brides don't accept anything but perfect on their one most perfect day, ha! - those who know me know that my wedding day turned out crazy, but no less perfect than I could have wanted!), I realized that I had the skills to make my own invitations. I had taken some graphic design classes in college, so I figured I would give it a go... and it worked!
After making those invitations, I ventured into the world of design in my professional life - doing brochures, flyers, invitations, postcards & newsletters for the company I worked for, and in my personal life - making party invitations, graduation announcements, wedding and shower invitations... you get the idea.
Now that I have found some time, I figured I would start "Sweet Sheets" to encompass all that I do! So if you are interested in having customized invitations or stationary, shoot me an email to mindy@sweet-sheets.com!
